Sherri Galbraith (she/her) is licensed in Utah as a Clinical Social Worker
My goal is to meet each person where they are along their journey and provide culturally appropriate mental health services to increase well-being and self-determination. I strive to create a safe space where strengths are explored and expanded, where skills are offered and incorporated, and where connection and collaboration are infused within the therapeutic process. I find joy in empowering those I work with to find and embrace hope, meaning, purpose, and resiliency.
My scope of practice includes relational discord, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, acute and complex trauma, and pornography addiction. My experience includes working with couples and individuals of all ages, identities, and walks of life. My approach is a client- centered collaborative setting that incorporates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Institute Couples Therapy, and trauma processing.
