Molly Davis is licensed in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Life is a series of transformations. I strongly believe that human beings are not meant to navigate the complexity of life’s twists and turns without help from others. I am passionate about research-based treatment that can allow the many obstacles of one’s life to feel manageable. I strive to help my clients connect with themselves and discover intention and passion in their lives and goals. I have experience in residential treatment helping clients with addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD and internal conflicts as well as experience with school therapy with youth.
Currently my main focus is young adults and professionals who are seeking guidance on how to balance the many responsibilities and pressures of life with difficult emotions and unwanted behavioral responses. I support my clients in building self-awareness by addressing negative thinking patterns while helping them develop healthy coping strategies. I believe that therapy can look different for each individual and am committed to finding out what works best for you.
I specialize in working with young women, individuals navigating career and life changes, identity concerns; LGTBQIA+ clients, and clients navigating grief.
