Jessica Robertson (she/her) is licensed in Utah as a Clinical Social Worker
I see so much greatness in each of my clients I work with whether they see it or not. I take great care into having a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and affirming space for my clients so that they can look inward and find their unique strengths and pull that goodness out.
I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, trauma, and grief and loss. I hope to be a safe space for those who are part of the LGBTQ community as well as those who may be struggling with a faith crisis.
I offer a customized approach that utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Treatment Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to best assist each of my clients on their path towards finding their greatness.
