Jessica Javier is licensed in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Certified Art Therapist
As a Mental Health Therapist I address trauma, depression, and anxiety, among other issues through talk therapy, trauma-based approaches, such as EMDR, and Creative Arts Therapy.
I would feel honored to accompany you on your path to wellness. You will decide the pace at which you share your story. Together we can find your strength and welcome your potential amid a safe space. I can assist on your journey.
I have over 13 years of experience, and obtained training from New York University, Cornell University, and the University of Southern California. I also have experience volunteering in India, Brazil, and Holland, which has allowed me to understand the importance of culture in counseling and therapy. Unique areas of experience also include intimate partner violence survivors, LGBTQAI+, military service members, and those receiving ketamine and psychedelic therapy. To enhance my depth of practice, I am currently obtaining a Doctor of Social Work from USC.
