Amy Bryce is licensed in Utah as a Licenced Clinical Social Worker
The phrase, “if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”, has continually informed the way I approach life and my work as a therapist.
I am committed to helping you clarify and begin moving in the direction that’s most important to you. Together, we will address your concerns by doing more of what works and less of what doesn’t. I aim to help you reach a place of thriving rather than just surviving.
My clinical experience has included working with individuals impacted by depression, anxiety, sexually compulsive behaviors, traumatic experiences, grief and life transitions. I enjoy working with adolescents and their families, adults, couples and members of the LGBTQI+ community. With a variety of evidence-based methods such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, we will collaboratively find solutions to help your life feel more manageable.
